FCJ College is offering two 12-month traineeship opportunities for 2027, providing an excellent opportunity for school leavers, gap year students or those interested in exploring a future career in education.

These positions offer practical, hands-on experience in a supportive school environment, allowing trainees to develop valuable skills while gaining insight into the many career pathways available within education.

Educational Support Traineeship

The Educational Support Traineeship primarily focuses on supporting FCJ College teachers and students in the areas of Art and Technology, along with assisting with extra-curricular events.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working with young people, has an interest in creative subjects and is keen to contribute to the wider life of the College.

Sports Traineeship

The Sports Traineeship primarily focuses on supporting FCJ College teachers and students in the areas of Sport, Physical Education and Outdoor Education.

This opportunity would suit someone with an interest in sport, physical activity and working with young people in a school environment.
